Description
Too many decades ago, a man named Arnau was born into a family, of the already extinct, Middle Class. He was soon drawn to computing, handling a modest i386 that his parents bought with great effort. The school days were hard and he had to spend many afternoons confined doing his homework, but when he finished it, he immersed himself in the fantastic worlds of video games and role playing. When he was old enough to choose his training, he hesitated between two sciences, electronics and computer science, but the advice of a relative made him opt for the first. After 5 years trying to know the secrets of capacitors and transistors, he discovered the magic of logic gates. As a final project he decided to make a simple alarm programmed in an almost forgotten language (Assembler) that would allow him to see clearly that his future will be the computing.
After two years garnering friendships and good grades in the academy, he joined a company that took notice of his during his training.
Emboldened by acquiring his new skills and eager to know them to a higher level, he left the company and enrolled in college. Arnau was one of the oldest in the place, but that did not scare him and he used his experience to overcome adversity. They spent 3 intense years, alternating love, studies and a job that occupied him all morning, but to get the seal of the king, he had to pass the dreaded Calculus II test. Many brave people fell into these tests, many familiar faces he saw in later attempts, but finally, with red elbows and a little inspiration, he managed to overcome it (with note), which allowed him to leave the student life with the objectives achieved.
At the age of 27 he found his fortune as a full-time programmer and since then he has rendered excellent services to various companies especially in the healthcare sector.
There are rumors that affirm that he has been a father but that he continues to participate in the management of different projects in all of their stages (taking requirements, documentation, supervision of the work carried out and implementation). Those who have seen him say that he is autonomous, curious, self-taught, innovative, pro-active and easy to learn and that he loves to investigate and learn new technologies. Everything indicates that he is attracted to digital transformation, process automation and A.I (machine learning and LLM).
If you have a problem and you find it, perhaps you can hire it …
Traits

CONSTANT
I don’t usually give up trying to reach a goal even when obstacles come up. There is often a way to get there, even if it is more expensive than expected.

INNOVATIVE
If the project allows it, I love to apply the latest technological advances to gain efficiency, adaptability and comfort.

CURIOUS
I am constantly motivated to learn new technologies and methods.

PRACTICAL
Usually it is more efficient to take advantage of previous work / knowledge than to start from 0. The standard solution is usually a very good base.

TRUSTWORTHY
Within the possibilities of the structure, the solution I design / apply is stable and safe. Anyway, I communicate the solution applied to the affected team and their responsible.

PROACTIVE
I prefer to spend time to fix/improve issues that create problems or recurring inefficiencies than to deal with their recurring desviations.

HONEST
I’m always clear with the objectives, difficulties and estimates of a project / task.

LEAD
I offer to lead / help both projects in my area and other areas where I can contribute.
